Exchange / Return Rules

  1. Mail us with the «Exchange / Return» mark.
  2. Describe your situation.
  3. Pin the photos of what you didn't like in the product and the hat in general.
  4. After receiving from us the confirmation about the defect and the invoice number for sending, send us the goods using the transport service and the contact details specified in the letter from us.
  5. After we receive the goods, we will contact you and discuss the exchange and return procedure.
